Friday Photography Class with Focus On Youth

I had the chance to join Focus On Youth for a fun photography outing at the Galleria, downtown Portland. We had serious downpours, so Donna Lee decided an indoor shoot would be nice. Christmas Lights

Jan Eklof ,  Scott and I headed out to take some photos of Christmas lights at  The Grotto. Little we knew, the wind picked up so much after sundown, we had a very though time taking long exposures... we gave up for the moment, perhaps another night we will be more lucky !

Happy Chanukah Vancouver !

Chabad Jewish Center of Clark County  celebrated  Grand Menorah Lighting at Esther Short Park tonight.
Mayor Tim Leavitt and Rabbi Shmulik Greenberg light a 10-foot-tall menorah at sunset.
The weather was not ideal, but the rain held off long enough.

Festivities moved inside the Hilton, Vancouver, Washington for a “Chanukah In Candyland”-themed celebration. Attendees filled a 9-foot-tall jelly-bean menorah and smaller marshmallow menorahs, fill dreidels with Sandy Candy, and participate in a grand Dreidel Tournament.

Lupita & Alvaro

I skipped cooking for Thanksgiving this year, Adam (my son) and I decided on having dinner at the Hilton's restaurant. So, finally I got around doing the post production on these photos. Alvaro and maria also photographers, I was very honoured to take their 'preggo' photos. Yes, Little baby Anna Isabella was born since, she is a beautiful little baby girl with the most perfect round head !
